MERN Full Stack Developer (Medior/Senior)

We’re hiring a Full Stack Developer (5+ years experience) who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes full ownership of their work. This is a hands-on role—ideal for someone who’s ready to make technical decisions, ship features end-to-end, and move fast without needing a lot of guidance.

You’ll work on both the backend and frontend of our product, with a strong focus on building integrations with external systems like ATS platforms. We’re already using AI to streamline these processes, and we expect you to be excited about applying AI in real-world workflows.

• Build and improve core product features using Node.js, React, TypeScript, and MongoDB
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems (especially ATS platforms)
• Own full feature lifecycles—from technical design to implementation and deployment
• Work closely with product and design teams to deliver a polished user experience
• Influence architectural decisions as we scale the product

• 5+ years of full stack experience in modern JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js + React)
• Solid understanding of MongoDB and RESTful APIs
• Ability to work independently and deliver production-ready code
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot)
• Interest in how AI is shaping product development—and ideas for where to take it

• Experience with HR tech or ATS integrations
• Hands-on use of AI APIs or embedded AI product features
• Product-minded: you care about UX, edge cases, and what actually helps users
