Job Details
We are seeking an Mid-Level Python and AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will:

• Assist in building and training machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
• Experiment with pre-trained AI models (e.g., Hugging Face, OpenAI, TensorFlow Hub) for NLP, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics.
• Work with structured and unstructured data, performing preprocessing and feature engineering.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into real-world applications.
• Continuously learn, experiment, and optimize models to improve performance and efficiency.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in Python, basic machine learning concepts, and a willingness to learn.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python with experience in writing optimized and clean code.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in algorithmic thinking or competitive programming.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts such as linear regression, classification, decision trees, and feature engineering.
• Experience with data processing libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
• Basic knowledge of AI models and neural networks using frameworks like Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) using transformers, BERT, GPT, or OpenAI APIs.
• Basic understanding of AI model deployment using Flask, FastAPI, or TensorFlow Serving.
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases for querying datasets in AI applications.
• Participation in AI-related competitions, hackathons, or open-source projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate technical concepts.
• Eagerness to learn and apply new AI techniques.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Who Should Not Apply?
This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly. Candidates who prefer strictly rule-based programming without flexibility for AI experimentation may not be a good fit for this position.
