Qualifications
Must-Have Experience :
- Minimum 34 years of hands-on experience with ReactJS, Redux, and Hooks.
- At least 2+ years of experience with .NET Core.
- Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using ReactJS and .NET Core.
- Design and implement reusable, modular front-end components following ReactJS best practices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Build and maintain scalable APIs and backend services using .NET Core.
- Ensure performance, security, scalability, and maintainability across the application stack.
- Debug and resolve issues across front-end and back-end layers.
- Participate in peer code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in fullstack development.
- 6+ years of professional experience in fullstack web development using ReactJS and .NET Core.
- Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with relational databases and writing optimized SQL queries.
- Hands-on experience with front-end libraries/tools including :
- MUI DataGrid, MUI Treeview.
- Bootstrap, Bootstrap Icons.
- React-pro-sidebar, SheetJS, XLSX-JS.
- Familiarity with third-party libraries such as LDS.
- Experience with version control systems, especially GitHub.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, build tools, and deployment strategies.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker.
