Job description

• Analyze problems and discover the best ways to solve them
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals
• Communicate clearly to superiors and give understandable instruction to subordinates
• Directly responsible for timely designing and developing of a robust reporting monitoring system for multiple projects.
• Thorough knowledge of how to analyze the MIS Data and providing continuous suggestions for the improvements
• Sharing weekly Insights / Analysis on key business metrics and highlighting any challenges
• Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards, created from potentially multiple data sources and provide support when required

Required Candidate profile

• 0 to 2 years of experience in MIS
• Hindi Speaking will be preferred
• Should posses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
