Position: Senior Software Engineer

Works independently under limited supervision and applies knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development. Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to develop simple applications solutions. Second level professional with direct impact on results and outcome.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Development experience in data technologies.
• Experienced with data wrangling and preparation for use within data science, business intelligence or similar analytical functions required.
• Experience in data technologies - Hadoop PySpark / Scala (Any one)
• Experience in Machine Learning.
• Experience in Database - [ RDBMS(Oracle/Teradata) / Hive - Impala / Mongo] at least two.
• Experience in Analytics and reporting (Tableau). (Good to have).
• Coordinate with Team for project deliverables , Lead and document project status meetings
• Highly organized with good time management skills and Customer service orientation
  
  

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Must-Have Skills:

• Advanced Python programming skills
• Proven experience implementing machine learning data workflows
• Proficiency with data technologies including Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka
• Strong programming background in Java, Scala, and SQL
• Experience implementing Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with data engineering in a Cloudera CDP (Cloudera Data Platform) environment.
• Experience with Spark Structured Streaming for near-real-time data processing
• Docker and Kubernetes containerization expertise
• Experience with Hopsworks Feature Store implementation
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with MLOps tools and frameworks (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow, etc.)
• Familiarity with model versioning, continuous integration, and deployment in machine learning pipeline.
• Knowledge of data model management and automated testing in machine learning environments
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset

• Knowledge on IBM Mainframe- Monitor jobs in CA7 schedular, Create CA7 jobs for automation of data loads
• Knowledge on DOC05, DOC40 & AGENT will be beneficial
