Mobile App Developer - React Native

Overview

CYBORG is expanding its mobile app development team and is looking for a talented Mobile App Developer with 1–2 years of experience in React Native. You’ll work with a dynamic and collaborative team to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-centric mobile apps for Android and iOS.

This role demands a solid understanding of React Native and its ecosystem, the ability to write clean and efficient code, and a keen eye for performance and UI/UX consistency. Key Responsibilities:

· Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.

· Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.

· Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.

· Ability to write well-documented, clean JavaScript code. Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts.

· Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode and Android Studio.

· Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage.

· Stay open to exploring AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to stay updated with evolving development practices and enhance overall efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· React Native, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React JS, Redux, React Navigation.

· Hands-on experience in Application Design and Development on the React Native platform.

· Experience in native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) development will be a plus.

· Knowledge of GIT workflow, Agile processes and methodology.

· Strong understanding of the development of UI transitions, animations, image processing etc. will be the bonus.

· Understanding of Unit Testing and Debugging Methodology used in React Native Apps.

· Familiarity with available frameworks for application development on the React Native platform.

· Understanding the integration of native modules with React Native code will be the bonus.

· Good to have basic knowledge of Node.js, NPM, and node modules.

· Good knowledge about popular design patterns used in mobile development.

· Must have knowledge in linking 3rd party modules in React Native and leveraging native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.

· Should have experience working with push notifications and working on Application state.

· Build large scalable systems for cloud deployment.

· Write high-quality code and take ownership of the module.

· Own critical components and be responsible for the subsystems that you work on — from design, code, testing, integration, deployment to enhancements.

· Must have hands-on experience with the latest AI tools and technologies relevant to modern software development workflows.
