Other Requirements:

1. Have 2 - 4 years of experience in full-stack development

2. Are confident with Flutter for mobile app development

3. Have solid experience with PHP (Laravel preferred) and MySQL

4. Are comfortable shipping features independently Care about performance, clean code, and reliable systems

5. Are ambitious, proactive, and excited to grow into a leadership role

6. Bonus: You’ve worked in a SaaS startup
