About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build robust mobile applications using React Native.
2. Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly and responsive applications, including features such as user authentication, forms, and API integrations.
3. Build secure and scalable APIs using Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
4. Apply strong analytical skills to develop and optimize backend logic.
5. Manage and interact with MongoDB databases for application data storage and retrieval.
6. Implement front-end functionality using Next.js, React.js, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS.
7. Demonstrate a good understanding of UX/UI design and development, including working with UI component libraries such as ShadCN.
8. Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and unit-tested code following best development practices.
9. Collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and other engineers.
10. Stay up to date with the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies.
11. Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality code and features.
12. Demonstrate the ability to learn new technologies and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements:

1. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in both Hindi and English.

2. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

3. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

4. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

5. Experience with at least two projects demonstrating the ability to build full-stack applications (personal projects, open-source contributions, or commercial experience).

6. Proficiency in full-stack development, including JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express.js, Next.js, MongoDB, Git, and GitHub.

7. Must have access to a high-performance laptop capable of handling development workloads.

8. Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills for data handling and reporting.

9. Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.

10. Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling.
