Job Description
About the Role-
We are looking for a talented and passionate Game Developer with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working with game engines such as Unity, Godot, or similar. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and publishing mobile games in genres such as Ludo, Teen Patti (3-Patti), Chess, or other multiplayer and board/casino-style games.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and publishing mobile games in genres such as Ludo, Teen Patti (3-Patti), Chess, or other multiplayer and board/casino-style games.
Responsibilities-
- Design, develop, and deploy mobile games using Unity, Godot, or similar engines.
- Build engaging gameplay mechanics and multiplayer experiences for casual board and card games.
- Implement and optimize UI/UX for mobile platforms (Android and iOS).
- Work closely with artists, designers, and backend developers to integrate game assets and features.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
- Debug, test, and optimize games for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Participate in brainstorming and contribute to the creative direction of game features.
- 3+ years of professional game development experience.
- Proficient with Unity, Godot, or similar game engines.
- Strong understanding of C#, GDScript, or similar languages.
- Experience in developing and publishing mobile games (Ludo, Teen Patti, Chess, Rummy, etc.).
- Familiarity with multiplayer networking (Photon, WebSocket, or Godot's networking stack).
- Understanding of mobile performance optimization and platform-specific requirements.
- Solid grasp of game loops, animations, physics, and asset integration.
- Knowledge of monetization strategies (ads, in-app purchases).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience integrating third-party SDKs (Firebase, AdMob, Unity Ads, etc.)
- Knowledge of backend integration for leaderboard, matchmaking, or real-time multiplayer.
- Familiarity with Play Store and App Store publishing process.
- Exposure to analytics and game telemetry tools.
- Flexible working hours and remote options.
