
Overview
Develop all required CRM components which include but not limited to Workflows, JavaScripts, Plugins, and Flows.
Customize OOB components to include and handle UI requirements like forms, views, reports, and dashboards.
Maintain code repositories (GIT HUB) and adhere to coding standards as per enterprise solutioning.
Plan and Track hotfixes with effective solution proposals.
Attend sprint planning and scrum meetings.
Be able to gauge and evaluate Story Points using Agile tools such as Poker Planning, etc.
Prepare technical documentation on the tasks assigned using modern state of the art tools such as Confluence, versioning in Code-Depots, etc.
Analyze requirements by collaborating with technical experts and prepare detailed Impact analysis documents.
Prepare and/or review technical documentation on the sprint stories/tasks.
Conduct Peer-reviews with feature team.
What should you bring along
Hands-on, coding & implementation experience in MSD CRM customization & configurations.
Hands-on experience in Database / Dataverse operations and optimization.
Excellent communication skills in person, meetings, and virtual events.
