Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist (T) with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Facets-Technical ANSI SQL and MS SQL Server along with domain expertise in Payer. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a dynamic environment. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of product strategies that align with company goals.
- Oversee the technical aspects of Facets-Technical to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide expertise in ANSI SQL to develop and optimize complex queries.
- Utilize MS SQL Server to manage and maintain databases ensuring data integrity and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new product features.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of product enhancements to ensure quality and functionality.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for product processes and technical specifications.
- Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve product-related issues.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices into product development.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress and share insights.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all product-related activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of product development methodologies and tools.
- Possess strong technical skills in Facets-Technical demonstrating the ability to manage and optimize the system effectively.
- Have extensive experience with ANSI SQL capable of writing and optimizing complex queries for various applications.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS SQL Server with a solid understanding of database management and maintenance.
- Bring domain expertise in Payer understanding the specific needs and challenges within this sector.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Show strong communication skills capable of collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
