Native (Flutter) Android Developer (L1) Job Responsibilities:
Job Description :
We are seeking a talented and experienced Native Android Developer (L1) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for mobile application development and a strong understanding of the Android platforms. As a Native Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications. You will work closely with our product managers and designers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities :
1. Design and develop advanced applications for the Android and iOS platforms.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
3. Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
4. Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
5. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
6. Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile application development.
8. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
9. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to mobile applications.
10. Actively contribute to brainstorming, technical design discussions, and other team activities.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or Master's degree (optional) .
2. Proven work experience as a Mobile Developer with a focus on Android and iOS.
3. Proficient in Flutter, Dart, PHP (APIs) languages.
4. Solid understanding of mobile application development frameworks and architecture patterns.
5. Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, Xcode, and related tools.
6. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON to connect mobile applications to backend services.
7. Knowledge of database management systems such as SQLite or Core Data.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
9. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
11. Experience with version control systems such as Git.
12. Published examples of mobile applications on the Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications :
1. Experience with hybrid app development frameworks such as Flutter.
2. Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
3. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
4. Understanding of agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
