If youre passionate about building high-quality products, writing clean code, and growing alongside a collaborative team, wed love to meet You Are :
- A trusted professional with 4+ years of experience building products using PHP.
- Hold at least a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, MIS, or equivalent experience.
- Have a strong grasp of modern programming and design principles.
- Committed to writing tested, maintainable, and high-quality code.
- Passionate about modern technologies and tools, but focused on choosing the right tools for the job rather than being tied to a specific stack.
- An excellent communicator, able to explain not just what you do, but why you do itwhether in person, over Slack, in email, or during code reviews.
- A team player and leader by example : you own your work, hold yourself accountable, and inspire those around you.
- Someone who teaches and learns equally wellyou ask for help when needed and happily share your expertise to help the team Youll Do :
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend services using PHP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Ensure code quality through testing, peer reviews, and best practices.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and help refine design patterns.
- Mentor peers while continuously learning new skills and :
- Strong command over Core PHP and at least one modern PHP framework such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), MVC architecture, and reusable code principles.
- Experience working with MySQL or PostgreSQLincluding writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and managing schema design.
- Proficient in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and handling data formats like JSON.
- Understanding of authentication protocols like OAuth2 and Neebal?
