Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Network Administrator with

expertise in network operations, optimization, automation, and presales support.

The ideal candidate will design and manage advanced networking solutions while

supporting business growth through technical sales engagements and ensuring

seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

Network Operations Management: Design, configure, and manage routing,

switching equipment, hosted IP voice services, and firewalls to ensure

optimal network performance and reliability.

Optimization & Automation: Leverage automation tools and proactive

monitoring to enhance network efficiency and scalability.

Presales & Collaboration: Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical

expertise during client engagements, driving business growth.

Troubleshooting & Support: Quickly diagnose and resolve network issues to

minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.

Security & Compliance: Enforce access controls, monitor network security,

and oversee CCTV systems to ensure comprehensive protection.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation and generate

operational insights to support decision-making.

Key Skills

Expertise in configuring routing, switching, and hosted IP voice services.

Advanced knowledge of firewalls and network security protocols.

Strong understanding of Windows and Linux-based networking.

Hands-on experience with access control systems and CCTV management.

Proven ability to drive network optimization and automation initiatives.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional

teamwork.

Experience in client-facing roles, including presales and technical

support.
