Network Administrator

We are seeking experienced professionals for two positions: a Customer Support Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in troubleshooting computer hardware and CCTV systems, and a Network Administrator with a minimum of 4 years of experience, holding OEM certifications such as CCNA or MCSE.

Job Profile

• Location: Laksar, Haridwar, Roorkee
• Qualification: B.Sc., B.Tech, BA, BCA, Diploma in Hardware - CCNA/MCSE

Role & Responsibility

• Allocate IP addresses and manage subsets for various network components.
• Apply necessary patches and updates to network operating systems and devices.
• Assist users with network issues, such as slow connections or access problems.
• Configure and maintain firewalls to prevent unauthorized access.
• Install, configure, and deploy network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
• Perform regular checks and maintain physical network hardware.
• Provide technical support for network-related issues, including connectivity, hardware failures, etc.
• Regularly update network device firmware and software to maintain functionality and security.
• Set up network devices and ensure their integration into the existing network.

Technical Expertise:

• Networking Protocols - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, HTTP/HTTPS
• Server management - Windows Server, Linux, Active directory
• Hardware Knowledge - Routers, Switches, access points, servers and firewall
• Network security - Firewalls, VPN, IDs/IPs, SSL/TLS
