General Skills GCP level real life experience working with Genesys cloud, Architect flow, WFM, roles and access groups, messaging, reporting. SSO, SCIM and REST based backend integration via data actions. Social Hands on experience with social channel (Facebook, Twitter, Line, WhatsApp) design and integration with Genesys cloud, Architect flow development Voice/Chat Bot Hands on experience with social channel (Facebook, Twitter, Line, WhatsApp) design and integration with Genesys cloud, Architect flow development Advanced IVR/Speech Recognition Hands on experience developing advanced complex IVRs in Architect including TTS, ASR Coding ¿ platform API & SDK Hands on experience developing applications using Genesys cloud APIs with SDK (Java, Javascript, .NET etc.) Workforce Management Hands on experience with Genesys WFM platform, design, implementation, configuration. Transformation, Implementation Experience contact centers + 2 + Genesys cloud experience
