We are hiring Technical Support Engineer - Networking.

L1 CTC : up to 6.5 LPA

Shift : Rotational shift / Night shift

Requirements:

Experience and knowledge in :

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong Troubleshooting experience
• General knowledge of L3 and L2 Protocols (TCP, UDP, ARP, DHCP, ICMP, IPv4/IPv6, VLAN Concepts, VLAN Tagging)
• Certifications (VCP, CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, RHCE etc.) - Any one certification is mandatory
