RESPONSIBILITIES

• The job responsibilities include the skills to execute IT projects.
• Implement Networking Project Solutions in client environments and the networking portion of larger cross-functional projects.
• Be remote support for internal and externally contracted field technicians installing equipment in client environments.
• Perform remote pre-configuration of firewall and security appliances, switches, and wireless access points for deployment by field technicians in client environments.
• Execute technical components of projects according to the established deadlines, deliverables, and costs.
• Create and update documentation for solutions implemented.
• Work closely within, and understand, the scope of client projects as defined by the project manager.
• Follow up with issues that may arise during project implementations.
• Communicate with all stakeholders (Internal/Client/Vendors) about project progress/changes/status.
• Perform project handoffs to the support team, ensuring client success in this transition.
• Perform existing and prospective client network discovery assessments.
• Follow and establish best practices and SOPs for implementation and configuration of company products and solutions.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and best practices documentation.
• Complete daily time entry and submit timesheets within the established deadlines.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Strong network engineering background working with on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with SMB and mid-market network engineering project implementations, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Customer-first approach
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams, manage competing agendas and priorities, and translate complex information across internal and external audiences.
• Communication within the professional services team and other departments as needed.

• Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700)

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
