OVERVIEW :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Network Lead to join our IT team. The Network Lead will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's network infrastructure. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead and manage a team of network engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentoring.

• Design, deploy, and manage LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, ensuring optimal performance and security.

• Develop and implement network policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.

• Configure and maintain network security measures such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues and outages.

• Conduct network capacity planning and performance analysis.

• Collaborate with IT leadership and other departments to align network strategies with business goals.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, procedures, and policies.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the network infrastructure.


QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Network Lead or Senior Network Engineer.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• In-depth knowledge of network protocols, architecture, and security measures.

• Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools.

• Familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, or other network hardware and software.
