About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Network Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise network systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of network infrastructure and experience working in IT services or enterprise environments. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take responsibility in a fast-paced IT setup and contribute to network performance, stability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewall infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and security, and proactively resolve issues.
• Manage routers, switches, access points, and other network equipment.
• Ensure proper documentation of network configurations, changes, and incidents.
• Support escalated network issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Implement network changes and upgrades following change management protocols.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for network-related projects or escalations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role within IT firms.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, and subnetting.
• Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or similar network hardware.
• Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, and network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios).
• Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and create effective solutions under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• CCNA or equivalent certification (preferred).
• Experience in IT service or managed services environments is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure) is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
