Job Description:

We are seeking a Junior Network Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to provide on-site and remote support across various locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining laptops, CCTV systems, basic networking, inventory tracking, and end-user IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Laptop Support: Installation, configuration, formatting, software deployment, OS installation, and virus troubleshooting.
• User Management: Create and manage corporate email IDs, passwords, and user access credentials.
• Network Troubleshooting: Basic LAN/WAN configuration, Wi-Fi setup, resolving network connectivity issues.
• CCTV Installation & Support: Setup, troubleshoot, and maintain CCTV camera systems at various locations.
• Inventory Management: Maintain and update asset inventory (laptops, routers, CCTV devices, etc.) across locations.
• Hardware & Software Implementation: Install and configure antivirus, productivity tools, and other licensed software.
• On-Site Visits: Travel to multiple locations for system setup, hardware troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Documentation: Maintain service logs, support documentation, and installation reports.

Key Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office suite installation.
• Familiarity with networking concepts: IP addressing, routers, switches, DNS, DHCP.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV system setup (DVR/NVR, camera configuration).
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory & user management tools (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage IT assets and maintain inventory records.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant IT support experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
