Job Title: Network Engineer – Level 3 (L3)

Location: Koc hi
Department: Network Operations

We are looking for an experienced L3 Network Engineer with strong expertise in ISP, SME, and Enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will handle high-level network troubleshooting, client management, and team leadership within ISP-grade data centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve escalated L3/L2 network issues.
• Design, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Lead client engagements for L3 support across ISP, SME, and Enterprise networks.
• Oversee operations and infrastructure within data centers.
• Guide and support L2 engineers and enforce operational standards.
• Monitor network performance and drive infrastructure improvements.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in networking; minimum 2 years at L3 level.
• Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and related protocols.
• Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or MikroTik; CCNP/CCIE preferred.
• Background in ISP or managed network services.
• Proven ability to manage teams and high-value clients.
