Collaborating across teams, they drive network efficiency and deliver seamless communication solutions.
Mandatory Skillset - Networking, Network & ASA Firewall / Sonicwall, Meraki Cisco, Call manger, Ring central
Secondary Skillsets - SD WAN, Cloud knowledge will be advantage
Requirements
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are desirable. L1, L2, L3 Support.
Networking, Network & ASA Firewall / Sonicwall,cisco mearaki , Phone - Cisco call manger, Ring central, SD WAN
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level networks.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and SNMP.
Familiarity with network security concepts, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and encryption protocols.
Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities:
Network Infrastructure Management:
Design, configure, and deploy local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks.
Implement and maintain network hardware, including switches, routers, firewalls, access points, and other networking devices.
Monitor network performance and ensure optimal utilization of network resources.
Plan and execute network upgrades and expansions to accommodate the company's growing needs.
Network Security:
Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access controls.
Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
Respond to security incidents and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks and prevent unauthorized access.
Network Troubleshooting and Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues reported by end-users or detected through monitoring tools.
Collaborate with the IT support team to provide timely resolution to network-related user problems.
Perform root cause analysis for complex network problems and implement permanent solutions.
Network Monitoring and Optimization:
Monitor network performance, traffic, and usage patterns to proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks or performance issues.
Optimize network configurations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Implement Quality of Service (QoS) mechanisms to prioritize critical applications and services.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Prepare regular reports on network performance, security, and maintenance activities for management.
