Job Title: Senior Network Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad, India

Responsibilities and Duties:

As a Network Engineer at FCOOS Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in providing

technical support to our existing customers. This entry-level position is designed for a talented

individual who is passionate about networking and eager to kick-start their career in the field.

1. On-call Support:

• Provide timely and effective on-call support to existing customers, ensuring the resolution of

network-related issues.

• Collaborate with the technical support team to address customer inquiries and concerns

promptly.

2. Customer Visit and Installation:

• Visit customer locations for the installation of networking solutions and equipment.
• Conduct troubleshooting activities to identify and resolve issues related to network

configurations, hardware, and software.

3. Travel Requirements:

• Travel within Ahmedabad to customer locations as required to resolve issues that cannot be

resolved remotely.

• Ensure prompt and efficient communication with customers during on-site visits.

4. Remote Issue Resolution:

• Utilize remote access tools and techniques to diagnose and resolve network issues.
• Work closely with team members to escalate and collaborate on complex issues requiring

additional expertise.

5. Travel Allowance:

• Travel allowance (TA) will be provided for client visits to cover transportation and related expenses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
