Network Engineer

Overview

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network and IT Support Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the organization's network systems, user devices, and software, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operation across departments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, configure, and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and other networking systems.
• Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues faced by users.
• Install, configure, and update desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Support Office 365 and other enterprise applications.
• Manage Firewall, user account provisioning, and permissions.
• Troubleshoot network issues including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Ensure IT security best practices including antivirus deployment and patch management.
• Maintain asset inventory and IT documentation.
• Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity.
• Assist in IT infrastructure upgrades and system migrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support or network administration.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Hands-on experience with Windows OS/ Linux IOS, Office 365, and IOS.
• Basic knowledge of server administration.
• Familiarity with Windows development softwares and configuration.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
