Network Engineer

Overview

In depth understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack and operation.

Knowledge on WAN technologies and protocols like VPNs, BGP, OSPF, QoS,NAT, Multicast.

You possess expert level expertise in Routing, Switching including L2/L3 protocols and SDWAN

Must have Knowledge on Linux administration.

Oversee the SD-WAN managed service for customer, ensuring that configurations are optimized.

Manage customer’s configurations and execute changes or developments in their network or

applications.

Perform troubleshooting and incident management for high & all priority issues and ensure that they are resolved within the timeframes set by service level agreements.

Handle customers technical enquiries as well as service-related enquiries.

Ensuring SD-WAN network infrastructure is working at optimal levels.

Participate in critical maintenance windows, and to open and track TAC cases through to

problem resolution on pre and postproduction issues.

Network automation using scripts is value added
