Network Engineer

Job Requirements*

Must have-

Good written and verbal communication skills

Experience in creating detailed documents (SOP's, spreadsheets, flow & process diagrams)

Configuration and Maintaining Cisco Router and Switches

Experience with wireless technologies (Juniper MIST/Cisco Wireless preferred)

Experience in Monitoring Logs in Splunk

Experience and coordinating with Cisco TAC Engineers for Advance Troubleshooting

Experience with voice technologies desired

Network & Security configuration management

Technologies configuration & troubleshooting connectivity issues involving, VLAN, SDWAN, MPLS, Cradle-point, Broadband DIA, Wireless and OSPF, BGP, STP, EtherChannel protocols

Strong coordination experience in on-call support and bridge call handling

Strong L2 troubleshooting skills ac ross switches, routers, and wireless technologies

Key Responsibilities-

MPLS, BGP, STP, VLAN,BFD,CDP,LLDP,SDWAN,AP’s,OSPF Troubleshooting

WAN link health check, troubleshooting

Switch replacement, Switch stack configuration

Router replacement Vmanage Cisco SDWAN technologies

Manage wireless networks using Cisco and Juniper infrastructure, including controllers, Access Points (APs), and MIST Web GUI

Detailed validation of production environment changes and planned and unplanned interruptions

Performance monitoring of various applications and web services to maintain quality of service and network stability

Remote troubleshooting and resolution

Driving Major Incidents, Sending Priority Notification

RCA and solutioning of recurring network issues

Experience in attending P1 bridge calls for Global and E commerce issues.
