• Repair: Diagnosing and repairing technical issues related to internet connectivity.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving problems with customer internet connections.
• Customer Service: Communicating with customers, explaining technical issues, and providing solutions.
• Documentation: Keeping accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Equipment Knowledge: Working with various types of internet equipment, including routers, modems, and cables.
• Safety: Adhering to company safety guidelines and procedures.

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of internet technologies, network infrastructure, and troubleshooting techniques.
