Overview
- Installation & configuration of PCs, Loading, reloading & repair of OS, Loading of required software, drivers, utilities.
- Onsite ERP support and troubleshooting and if required communicate with ERP team for fixing problem.
- Installation of Antivirus software, repair & maintenance.
- Backup of Data, user profile, mails in case of reformatting of PC.
- Asset tracking & labeling.
- Installation and Configuration of printers also knowledge of basis troubleshooting.
- Co-ordinate and follow up with vendor for warranty/support services.
- Installation & configuration of Network Devices i.e. Switch, Wi-fi Devices
- Knowledge for new Network Segment(LAN) setup i.e. CAT-6 Cable laying, termination, fibre cable laying, N/w rack installation, LIU, Power Supply, Earth Pits, Fibre Splicing
- LAN/WAN L1 Support
- Installation & configuration of CCTVs also knowledge of basis troubleshooting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹26,000.00 per month
