• Working Days: Monday to Friday (1st Saturday working)
• Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (General Shift)
  
  

• Education: BE / B.Tech / Graduate in Computer Science or equivalent field
• Certifications (Mandatory): CCNA
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in network management and firewall administration
• Preferred Certifications: CCNP, Palo Alto Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE), or equivalent

• Manage and maintain LAN and WAN network infrastructure across multiple office locations.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls and related network security systems.
• Ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of all network systems.
• Perform root cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with internal IT and vendor teams for escalations and project support.
• Maintain detailed documentation of network topology and configuration changes.
• Provide L2 technical support and mentorship to junior engineers.
