Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team for Telco Data Center (DC) deployment at Nokia Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have expertise in EVPN, BGP, IBGP, Leaf-Spine Architecture, and Rack Management to design, implement, and optimize network infrastructure for high-performance telecommunications environments.

Role:

• Design & Deploy: Architect and implement EVPN-VXLAN solutions for scalable and efficient data center networking.
• Routing & Switching: Configure and optimize BGP and IBGP protocols for seamless interconnectivity within the DC.
• Leaf-Spine Architecture: Develop and maintain a highly redundant and low-latency Leaf-Spine network topology.
• Rack Management: Oversee rack layout, cabling, and hardware installation to ensure efficient space utilization and airflow management.
• Network Optimization: Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including network architects, system engineers, and operations teams, to ensure smooth deployment and integration.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations and adhere to industry best practices and security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in EVPN, BGP, IBGP, and Leaf-Spine Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Telco DC deployment and rack management.
• Proficiency in network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Python, or Terraform) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Nokia networking solutions and hardware.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
