Responsibilities (includes All Tasks)
We are seeking a highly skilled Network & Security Analyst (L2) with extensive hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting network and security technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure and resilient network infrastructure while ensuring high availability and performance across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, integrate, and support network and security solutions across multiple technologies.
- Manage, administer, and maintain F5 Load Balancers, Palo Alto firewalls, Aruba ClearPass, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, Cisco ISE, and Cisco Firepower solutions (mandatory).
- Configure, operate, and troubleshoot Cisco Nexus, Cisco Catalyst, HPE Aruba, Juniper, and D-Link router and switch platforms.
- Provide expertise in SDWAN, WAN connectivity, transport technologies, and network protocols.
- Configure and troubleshoot IPsec and SSL VPN solutions.
- Deploy, manage, and support wireless technologies for environments with more than 500 users.
- Identify security threats and design appropriate mitigation and protection measures.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
- Manage endpoint security solutions, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Forcepoint DLP administration.
- Review system and network changes for security impact and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at both operational and business levels.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for all network-related incidents.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and project management methodologies.
- Maintain and support DHCP, DNS, and Proxy services (IronPort/Forcepoint).
- Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Provide 24/7 network and security support as required.
MANDATORY
- Mandatory experience with F5 Load Balancers, Palo Alto, Aruba ClearPass, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, Cisco ISE, Cisco Firepower.
- Extensive knowledge of Cisco, HP, Juniper networking and strong hands-on experience with routers, switches, and security appliances.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and best security practices.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, design, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment with high self-motivation.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong delivery service ethics.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 support window.
