Role Overview

Deliver reliable, scalable, and secure software solutions (web apps, APIs, IoT dashboards) to support company's digital transformation â ensuring data transparency, traceability, and efficiency across foundry and machining operations.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications that support our business operations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

This role requires hands-on experience in both backend development (Node.js/Express.js) and frontend development (React.js/Next.js), with a strong focus on clean coding, performance optimization, and secure application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and Express.js.
• Build and optimize user-facing applications using React.js and related libraries.
• Integrate backend services with modern frontend frameworks for seamless user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack (frontend, backend, APIs, database).
• Ensure application security, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipeline deployments.
• Document technical designs, workflows, and system architecture.
• Stay updated with the latest JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, tools, and best practices.
  
  

Qualifications: B. Tech / BCA / MCA

Experience: 4â5 years of proven experience in full-stack development using Node.js and React.js.

Required Skills

• Strong in Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs.
• Proficiency in SQL â MySQL/PostgreSQL, and NoSQL â MongoDB and schema design.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
• Familiarity with IoT integrations, MQTT protocols, or shopfloor data capture (preferred).
• Hands-on with (Git/GitHub/GitLab), CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and responsive design principles.
• Understanding of security & role-based access control.
• Clear documentation & version control discipline.
