Odoo Application Developer (Work from Office)

Overview

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Odoo Application Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and customizing Odoo applications to meet the needs of our clients. This role requires strong technical expertise in Odoo development, including Python programming and familiarity with various Odoo modules. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively, communicate effectively, and deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo applications/modules based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand client requirements.
• Design and implement solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems and processes.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Python programming language.
• Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application reliability and stability.
• Configure and deploy Odoo applications on cloud and on-premises environments.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients as needed.
• Stay updated on Odoo platform updates, new features, and best practices.
• Continuously improve development processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions with team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Odoo Application Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming language and object-oriented design principles.
• Experience with Odoo framework and its various modules (e.g., CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting).
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
• Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and ORM concepts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement solutions accordingly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
• Hybrid or Remote work is allowed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
