Position Overview:
Voxtron is seeking a skilled and experienced senior Odoo Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in developing and customizing applications using Odoo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Odoo development projects from conception to completion.
- Customize and optimize Odoo modules to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and clients to define project scope and deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Odoo developer with a track record of successful project leadership.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Odoo’s architecture and best practices.
- Familiarity with various Odoo modules and customization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as odoo developer.
- Proficiency in Python programming and hands-on experience with the Odoo framework.
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), code review tools, and agile development methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead by example.
Preferred:
- Odoo certification(s) or relevant technical certifications.
- Experience with integration of Odoo with other systems (e.g., eCommerce platforms, CRM systems, accounting software).
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for Odoo UI customization.
