As an Odoo Technical Lead, you will be responsible for project development, leading the technical development, customization, and implementation of Odoo ERP systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet business requirements while maintaining high standards of coding and system architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Odoo developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Solution Design: Design and architect scalable Odoo solutions, ensuring high performance and security.
• Development & Customization: Develop custom Odoo modules, features, and integrations as per business needs.
• Code Review & Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to maintain high coding standards and best practices.
• System Integration: Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and other ERP systems.
• Deployment & Support: Oversee deployment processes and provide technical support post-implementation.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture and development guidelines.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and other stakeholders.
  
  

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development and implementation.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Python, XML, and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo framework, ORM, workflows, and report customization.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and database management.
• Expertise in Odoo integration with third-party systems (APIs, Web Services).
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading technical teams and projects.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Odoo.sh and cloud-based Odoo hosting.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
• Odoo certification is a plus.
