Key Responsibilities

* Enhance the UI and UX of existing digital products across multiple domains, ensuring improved usability, performance, and visual consistency.

* Design intuitive, responsive user interfaces for websites, web platforms, mobile applications (iOS/Android), and custom enterprise software.

* Collaborate closely with backend developers and project managers to align design solutions with business goals and technical feasibility.

* Translate product requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

* Prepare and deliver production-ready design assets (icons, illustrations, banners, layout components) with clear documentation for development teams.

* Analyze feedback from internal teams and end-users to iterate on UI/UX designs that enhance overall user satisfaction.

* Maintain design consistency by adhering to brand guidelines, style systems, and accessibility standards (WCAG compliance).

* Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovation and modern design practices into the workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications

Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop

Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles

Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to support developer collaboration

Experience creating and maintaining design systems or component libraries

Ability to deliver clean, well-documented design assets and specs for handoff

Basic familiarity with version control tools like Git is a plus, but not mandatory

Good communication and coordination skills within a team environment

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first frameworks (for design alignment)

Awareness of REST API behaviors and how they affect interface design

Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and general usability principles
