Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement Oracle HCM Fusion Core Module
- Conduct impact analysis and validation for HCM fusion quarterly patches
- Manage multi-region HCM configurations and administration
- Design email notifications using Alert Composer, BIP, and approval workflows
- Develop solutions using Document of Record
- Customize DFFs, EFFs, reports, concurrent programs, value sets, form functions, and functional setups
- Lead CRP (Conference Room Pilot), fit-gap analysis, and CR sessions
- Manage issue resolution through Oracle SR process
- Work within Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with VBS, Redwood migration, and Oracle ORC/Talent/Learn/Compensation modules
- Hands-on experience with provisioning, access management, and security issue resolution in Oracle HCM
