- Strong expertise in Angular (4+ years of hands-on experience with Angular 2+).
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- In-depth knowledge of RxJS and State Management (NgRx or similar).
- Experience with front-end testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, Protractor, or similar.
- Familiarity with modern front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, ESLint, and Prettier.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket integration.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage competing priorities.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a passion for helping others grow.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- 4-8 years of professional experience as a front-end developer, with at least 5 years focused on Angular.
- Prior experience leading development teams is a plus.
- Experience with Node.js and Express.js for full-stack development.
- Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
