Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Python Backend Developer with strong expertise in Django and database systems including SQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and Django.
- Build and manage RESTful APIs for internal and external use.
- Work extensively with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB for data storage and processing.
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers and DevOps.
- Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code.
- Conduct unit and integration testing.
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Backend Developer using Python and Django.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Proven experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and deployment tools is a plus.
- Understanding of frontend integration (basic HTML, JavaScript) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a bonus.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Immediate or short notice joiners.
- Experience in product-based companies or startups.
