- Experience in designing automation framework & implementation in Tosca.
- Maintaining existing test scripts/regression suites in Tosca.
- Implement automation first approach, design and build automation across testing life cycle.
- Understanding the business requirements, application, and its components.
- Reviewing the test reports and preparing test summary reports.
- Preparation of test scenarios/cases/execution and test results.
- Building and maintaining the test scripts and modules in Tosca.
- Provide business abstraction of UI and API interfaces to enable non-programmers to do test automation.
- Utilize JIRA/ADO for tracking and managing defects, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
- Conduct thorough reviews of test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics, driving improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Have a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and their implementation.
- Display strong analytical skills to interpret test results and drive improvements.
- Be capable of mentoring and guiding junior team members effectively.
- Design and maintain reusable test components to accelerate automation development across projects.
- Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to integrate testing seamlessly into the delivery pipeline.
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to align test objectives with Agile practices.
- Ensure test data management strategies are in place to support robust and repeatable testing.
- Support end-to-end system integration testing and performance testing initiatives when required.
- Engage in root cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations to mitigate future defects.
- Continuously evaluate emerging tools and technologies to enhance the automation strategy.
- Drive quality assurance best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure traceability of requirements to test scenarios and test results.
- Maintain documentation for automation framework, tools usage, and process workflows for knowledge sharing.
