What Success Looks Like In This Role- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
- Execute Standard Operational Tasks
- Incident Logging & Documentation - Record incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems.
- Maintain documentation for cloud environments and operational processes.
- Apply best practices for cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization.
- Automate provisioning, configuration, and monitoring of cloud resources.
BA/BS degree and 0-2 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
