Overview

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
• Execute Standard Operational Tasks
• Incident Logging & Documentation - Record incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems.
• Maintain documentation for cloud environments and operational processes.
• Apply best practices for cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and monitoring of cloud resources.
  
  

BA/BS degree and 0-2 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
