- Understanding the client's business processes, needs, and goals
- Understanding the capabilities of the Pega Platform.
- Working with stakeholders to develop software that exceeds what either party could accomplish alone.
- Educating clients on the capabilities of the Pega Platform.
- Advising on workflow improvements to support short and long-term business development.
- Documenting business rules and requirements.
- Designing and configuring rules and flows, including user interfaces and process flows.
- Communicating with internal teams and clients.
- Tracking leads and resolving open issues.
- Pega certification preferred.
