Performance Test Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing, with expertise in tools such as Tricentis NeoLoad and JMeter. You will be responsible for ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of our software solutions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you//'ll match performance test strategies against end-to-end solutions or components.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct performance testing for various software solutions, including SAP, APIs, and web-based applications.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance scripts.
• Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define performance requirements and test scenarios.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and proactively address blockers.

Must-Have Technical Skills:

• 8+ years of performance testing experience
• Proficiency in Tricentis NeoLoad Performance Tool
• Script troubleshooting expertise
• Experience in performance testing for SAP solutions

Nice-to-Have Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with JMeter Performance Tool
• Performance testing experience for API solutions
• Knowledge of performance testing for web-based solutions (e.g., Salesforce, SuccessFactors)
• Understanding of performance testing for handheld devices

• Excellent stakeholder management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive attitude in handling requirements, deadlines, and blockers
