Position Summary

Level: Analyst

As an experienced Analyst at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines.

As a Performance Tester, you will be responsible to analyze nonfunctional requirements, design test scenarios/cases/scripts, RTM, perform test execution, document defects, triage defects, document results and attain sign-off of the design & results.

Work you’ll do:

Leverage proficiency in adjacent technologies beyond core skills to enhance project outcomes. Proactively identify and communicate issues or risks to team leaders, and complete assigned technology learning on schedule. Quickly adapt to project-specific tools and gain understanding of client business processes or industry fundamentals. Support process improvements, automation, and innovation while maintaining up-to-date project documentation. Contribute to tracking delivery metrics and lead knowledge-sharing sessions on processes and technology trends. Participate in team building, defect management, and compliance activities. Demonstrate ownership of deliverables and actively engage in ideation and development of tools, accelerators, and innovative solutions.

• Participating in business requirements discussions with client, onshore or offshore teams and attaining any clarifications to design test scenarios/cases/scripts
• Designing clean, efficient, and well-documented performance test scenarios/ scripts and maintaining industry & client standards, based on business requirement analysis
• Provisioning the test data required to perform test execution
• Performing performance test execution, logging defects, tracking and triaging defects to closure, and documenting test results
• Creating performance test results/reports
• Tracking and resolving dependencies that impact test activities
• Reporting and escalating any risks/issues which are blocking test activities

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• Assist in the design, development, and execution of performance test scripts using tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or NeoLoad.
• Support test data preparation, environment setup, and test execution activities.
• Collect, analyze, and report basic performance test results and metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and document performance issues.
• Work under guidance to troubleshoot test script errors and environment issues
  
  

• 1–2 years of experience working with performance testing and engineering roles
  
  

• BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
  
  

• Bengaluru/Hyderabad
