Job Title: Performance Testing Engineer (9-14 Years of Experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Testing Engineer with 9-14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess core expertise in performance testing, with hands-on experience using industry-standard testing tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead performance testing efforts for applications, ensuring optimal performance under varying load conditions.
• Utilize performance testing tools such as Load Runner, JMeter, or Neoload to design and execute tests.
• Monitor and analyze system performance using tools like Dynatrace or AppDynamics.
• Perform performance testing for AWS-based applications to assess scalability, reliability, and speed.
• Conduct performance testing for mainframe applications (experience with batch processing is a plus).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Integrate performance testing scripts into CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and ensure continuous integration.
• Utilize JIRA (or similar tools) to support agile methodologies in project management and issue tracking.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in performance testing (9-14 years).
• Proficiency in at least one of the performance testing tools (Load Runner, JMeter, Neoload).
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Dynatrace or AppDynamics for performance monitoring.
• Experience with AWS applications, including performance testing in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with mainframe applications, especially in batch processing.
• Experience with MQ applications (Message Queue).
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as Postgres or MongoDB.
• Proficient in using JIRA or similar tools for agile project management.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and the ability to integrate performance scripts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with batch processing performance testing on mainframe applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and integration of performance scripts into the pipeline.
