PHP Developer (4-5 Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled *PHP Developer* with *4-5 years* of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Core PHP, experience with frameworks like Laravel, and proficiency in WordPress development. Additionally, a solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is essential. Interest in modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using Core PHP and Laravel (or similar frameworks).

- Implement responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Customize and develop WordPress themes and plugins to meet client requirements.

- Work closely with designers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs in existing applications.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 3-5 years of professional experience in PHP development.

- Proficient in Core PHP.

- Strong experience with Laravel or similar PHP frameworks.

- Advanced skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Extensive experience with WordPress development, including theme and plugin customization.

- Interest in Angular or React; hands-on experience is a plus.

- Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.

- Proficient in using Git or other version control systems.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of other PHP frameworks or modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

- Understanding of user experience principles and UI design.

- Experience with automated testing frameworks and methodologies.

Educational Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
