Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled PHP Developer with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills, expertise in MySQL, Laravel, WordPress, and Shopify, and the ability to build scalable web applications. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications while integrating third-party APIs and payment gateways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain PHP-based web applications with a focus on performance and security.
• Strong understanding of backend logic, database design (MySQL), and server-side optimizations.
• Experience in Laravel framework for custom web application development.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and work with third-party APIs (e.g., payment gateways, SMS, social media).
• Work with WordPress (themes, plugins, customizations) and other PHP-based CMS platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify (theme customization, app integration, Liquid templating).
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless work.
• Debug and resolve technical issues in applications.
• Follow best coding practices, version control (Git), and documentation standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional PHP development experience.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL (queries, optimization, indexing).
• Hands-on experience with Laravel (Eloquent, MVC, Blade).
• Experience in WordPress (custom themes, plugins, hooks).
• Familiarity with Shopify (theme development, app integration).
• Proficient in RESTful API development & integration.
• Experience with payment gateway integrations.
• Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).
• Knowledge of Git version control.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to write clean, maintainable code.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Knowledge of AWS / DevOps (deployment, server management).
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
• Server & Hosting Management:
• Experience with cPanel, hPanel, or direct server administration (Linux/Windows).
• Knowledge of SSL setup (Let’s Encrypt, Cloudflare, custom SSL certificates).
• Understanding of domain management (DNS, subdomains, redirects).
• Experience with Apache/Nginx configurations, caching (Redis, Memcached), and security hardening.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
