PHP Developer

We are looking for a skilled PHP/Laravel Developer with a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining web applications using PHP, Laravel, and related technologies. The ideal candidate is proficient in building high-performance, scalable, and resource-intensive applications, with strong debugging and optimization skills.

Responsibilities:

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following company coding standards.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications built on PHP and Laravel.
• Troubleshoot, test, and optimize core product software and databases to ensure strong functionality and performance.
• Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Adhere to industry best practices for secure, scalable, and reliable application development.

Key Skills:

Technical Proficiency:

• Strong expertise in PHP, MySQL, and related web technologies.
• Proven experience in debugging, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Understanding of resource-intensive application architectures.

Frameworks:

• Hands-on experience with Laravel and CodeIgniter.
• Capable of identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to balance support and development tasks efficiently.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.

Preferred Background:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in PHP, MySQL, and associated technologies.
• Exposure to both legacy systems and modern development practices.
• Experience working on resource-heavy applications with significant optimization requirements.
• Proven track record of improving application performance.
• Familiarity with full tech stacks involving Laravel, CodeIgniter, and supporting technologies.

Qualifications:

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience with Git version control and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
