Supra Fintech is a new-age fintech startup focused on transforming access to micro-credit in India. We aim to simplify and democratize small-ticket personal loans for underserved and emerging segments through a mobile-first lending platform. Currently, we are developing a secure and scalable digital lending portal and mobile application that will enable seamless loan discovery, application, approval, and repayment.

Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced PHP Developer who is proficient in Core PHP, Laravel, and front-end technologies. The ideal candidate should be able to build, maintain, and optimize scalable web applications while ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Core PHP and Laravel (MVC Framework).
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end components.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure smooth integration between UI and backend.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code, following best practices.
- Perform code reviews, debug existing code, and fix issues.
- Work with Git version control for collaborative development.
- Ensure application security, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong proficiency in Core PHP, Laravel (preferred), or CodeIgniter.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with MVC frameworks and RESTful API integration.
- Proficiency in MySQL or PostgreSQL for database management.
- Familiarity with Git version control (GitHub, GitLab).
- Basic understanding of server management and deployment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
